At the core of its performance is Spaceman’s patented 100% Controlled Contact Flooded Evaporator, engineered for maximum efficiency to deliver the industry’s fastest freeze-down and recovery times with smaller ice crystals and the smoothest, creamiest mouthfeel. Smart safety controls and independent standby modes maintain hopper and cylinder temperatures below 4.4ºC (40ºF), conserving energy and protecting product quality during non-use. Inverter motor control allows three-phase motors to run on single-phase power input, reducing torque and start-up strain while significantly minimizing gearbox and drivetrain failures caused by freeze-ups or operational errors. Separate hopper cooling controls give operators the ability to independently regulate each hopper, preventing sidewall freezing and pre-chilling mix to improve cylinder efficiency and output.
