The E8631H is able to heat to a max temp of 200°F, and able to preheat to 160°F in 20 minutes, The interior working height is 39.75" in height. The dims of the E8631H is 59.375"H x 30"D x 23.75"W. The E8631H holds (26) 18"x26" or (52) 18"x13" sheet pans with a 1 1/2" fixed shelf spacing. E8631H comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
