The max temperature of the HL8-12 comes in at 200°F and we preheat to 160°F in approx 20 minutes. The HL8-12 is wrapped around in 1" thick high density fiberglass insulation. The heating module unlike other Hotlogix is located at the top of the cabinet, making it eye level with the operator. The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
