The max temp of the PH1250 is 200°F & is able to preheat to 160° in a matter of 25 minutes. The dims of the PH1225 is 58"H x 28"D x 46.75"W. The interior working height of the PH1250 is 46" high. Comes standard in 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 13.7 Amps, & with a NEMA 5-15P power cord. Constructed entirely of stainless steel & fully welded allowing for better holding accuracy. The PH1250 has a quick removable lower heating system. The PH1250 features a 2.75" pan spacing. We can hold up to (50) 12"x20" pans. The PH series comes with a one year labor & parts warranty.
