The max temp of the PH128 is 200°F & is able to preheat to 160° in a matter of 25 minutes. The dims of the PH128 is 37.75"H x 25.125"D x 17.875"W. The interior working height of the PH128 is 23.625" high. Comes standard in 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1000 watts, 8.3 Amps, & with a NEMA 5-15P power cord. Constructed entirely of stainless steel & fully welded allowing for better holding accuracy. The PH128 has a a top mounted heating system allowing for quick replacement or servicing. The PH128 features a 2.75" pan spacing. We can hold up to (8) 12"x20"x2.5" pans. The PH series comes with a one year labor & parts warranty.
