The max temp of the PH1820 is 200°F & is able to preheat to 160° in a matter of 25 minutes. The dims of the PH1820 is 38"D x 62.75"H x 31.5"W. The interior working height of the PH1820 is 45.34" high. Comes standard in 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 12.5 Amps, & with a NEMA 5-15P power cord. Constructed entirely of stainless steel & fully welded allowing for better holding accuracy. The PH1820 has a a top mounted heating system allowing for quick replacement or servicing. The PH125 features a 3.5" pan spacing. We can hold up to (12) 18"x26" or (24) 12"x20" pans. The PH series comes with a one year labor & parts warranty.
