The max temp of the PH1825 is 200°F & is able to preheat to 160° in a matter of 25 minutes. The dims of the PH1825 is 71"H x 36"D x 27.875"W. The interior working height of the PH1825 is 57.25" high. Comes standard in 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1650 watts, 13.7 Amps, & with a NEMA 5-15P power cord. Constructed entirely of stainless steel & fully welded allowing for better holding accuracy. The PH1825 features a 1.5" pan spacing. We can hold up to (36) 18x26" pans. The PH series comes with a one year labor & parts warranty.
