The max temp of the PH129 is 200°F & is able to preheat to 160° in a matter of 25 minutes. The dims of the PH129 is 40.5"H x 25.125"D x 17.875"W. The interior working height of the PH129 is 26" high. Comes standard in 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1000 watts, 8.3 Amps, & with a NEMA 5-15P power cord. Constructed entirely of stainless steel & fully welded allowing for better holding accuracy. The PH129 has a a top mounted heating system allowing for quick replacement or servicing. The PH129 features a 2.75" pan spacing. We can hold up to (9) 12"x20"x2.5" pans.
